Upfront payment

Payment will be made in Paypal / Transfer / Bizum, as agreed.

At the beginning of the commission I will send you the first sketch of the piece, at this stage corrections must be made or the piece approved to continue. ( limit of 2 free revisions)

No refunds after agreeing and paying the invoice.

If you hire me you will receive: Full resolution PNG / JPG or PDF image, 2-3 images of the process and the pieces with and without watermark.

There is no problem if you want to know how the commission is going, you will be informed at all time.

I have the right to decline your Commission if I know I can’t do a good work with the character , in which case a 100% refund will be made.

Prices are calculated for time, size and effort. They are not negotiable.

I retain the copyright of the drawing, the client can reupload the image, print it for personal use, etc. The customer is not allowed to sell the part, unless there is prior agreement, the customer may not resell the part.

Do not trace, steal or claim my work as your own.

The waiting time can vary due to various factors (Studies, Events, Breaks, etc.) therefore the use of the "approximate" is reiterated.

Client can cancel the commission any time if the invoice hasn't been paid.

I have the right to post your commission public as a visual example unless agreed upon.

In case of reupload on social media please use the watermark version of the commission or give me credits in the description (that helps me a lot)

Breaking the terms and conditions will result in permanent blacklist from my commissions.

Pago por adelantado

El pago se va a hacer en PayPal/Transferencia/Bizum , según lo acordado

Al empezar la comisión te enviaré el primer boceto de la pieza, en esta etapa se debe hacer correcciones o aprobar la pieza para continuar, (un maximo de 2 correcciones gratis)

No hay devoluciones después de pasar la etapa del boceto.

Si me contratas vas a recibir: Imagen en Full resolución PNG / JPG o PDF según preferencia , 2-3 imágenes del proceso y las piezas con y sin marca de agua.

No hay problema si se quiere saber cómo va la comisión, se te irá informando en todo momento.

Tengo el derecho de declinar tu encargo si veo que no puedo hacer un buen trabajo plasmando al personaje / en dicho caso se realizará un reembolso del 100%

Los precios están calculados por el tiempo, tamaño y esfuerzo. No son negociables.

Yo conservo el copyright del dibujo en cuestión, el cliente puede resubir la imagen, imprimirla para uso personal, etc. No se le permite al cliente vender la pieza, a menos de un acuerdo previo.

No calcar / robar o reclamar el trabajo como tuyo

El tiempo de espera puede variar por diversos factores (Estudios, Eventos, Descansos, etc) por ende se reitera el uso del “aproximado”.

El cliente puede cancelar el encargo en cualquier momento si aún no se ha pagado.

Tengo el derecho de publicar su encargo públicamente, como ejemplo a menos que se llegue a unpareja acuerdo

En caso de resubirlo en alguna red social, por favor, usa la versión de marca de agua o dame créditos en la descripción ( eso me ayuda muchísimo)

Romper los términos y condiciones , tendrá como resultado añadirle a una lista negra permanente de mis comisiones
